Reno Kit Install  -  Install the site-provided renovation kit.  This includes lighting, plumbing, garbage disposal, ceiling fans, electrical plates, wall registers, and blinds.

Appliance - Install all appliances that are provided by the site.  Old appliances will be set outside by the curb for site pick-up.
